Jack Cotton-Brown

I created Habit Forge to help me identify the important trends in my daily life. I have found that by investing just 2 minutes each morning to quickly tick some boxes and enter a bit of data, I am able to clearly see how I am spending my time - and what is really moving the needle (in a good way or bad way).

Not only that, it's incredibly motivating to see a positive habit gaining momentum with an unbroken streak. There have been a few days where I have broken through the laziness or tiredness to do a short workout when I was struggling to find the time, space and energy - just to keep that box green.
